Our building is conveniently located directly across the street from the center of the OSU campus and The Ohio State University's Ohio Union.  It is one of the best locations on campus!

We also think ours is the one of nicest buildings on N. High St.

It was built with absolutely top quality construction that is simply not available today.  With the architectural details and the solid brick construction it is a campus centerpiece.

This historic building was originally built in 1914 and we have recently completed a three year long resturation.

All of the buildings infrastructure:  roof, windows, HVAC, plumbing, electrical service, have been just replaced and updated during the restoration.    

The aprtemnts feature 3/4” thick hardwood floors and millwork that is all solid oak (12" tall base boards,  trim around the doors and windows,  dining room coffered ceiling,  dining room hutch and coat rack in the entry.)  

All perfectly restored!  

The apartment kitchens and baths have not only been modernized but the rooms have been completely gutted and rebuilt:  The new bath’s floor tile was matched to the original porcelain hex tile.   We have added a marble wainscoting, granite counter tops, new vintage looking fixtures and hardwood cabinets.  The kitchens now feature granite counter tops, Stainless Steel appliances and solid wood cabinetry.   All designed with respect for the building’s original craftsmanship and history.

We have also been respectful to the environment and your utility costs:

- The new roof uses a reflective white roofing material.

     -     All of the new windows and frames are made with recycled material.

     -     The new windows are not just operational dual pain glass but are “Low-E, Energy Star” windows.

     -     The new heating and cooling features high efficiency heat pumps.

     -     The new toilets are a water saver design.

     -     The new kitchen appliances are all “Energy Star”.

     -     The new water heater is a high efficiency direct vent gas heater.

     -     TVs in the furnished units are “Energy Star”

     -     We have updated to all LED light bulbs everywhere possible.
